By doing the first quiz, it accurately indicated the role that i usually behave in a team. As expected, my Leadership Score is slightly higher than Team Score. The result that i received said i am usually not a team leader but i am an effective team person. I have assisted in leadership and develop necessary skills. From the pervious experience, i know that not a leader but a good team member. I take responsibility for what i needed to do and always get it done before deadline.
From the previous team projects, i experienced working some social loafers; this kind of people always make me upset because this is so unfair for the members who put efforts in. I tried to get them to do work but they sometimes submit a poor quality of work or submitting it late or even choose to not submit at all. They have many different excuses. I think its really hard to deal with them. As a result, we submitted a unfinished report in the last project. If it occurs in this team project, i will first discuss the concerns with members who under perform. if no response received, i will report to the course co-ordinator or tutor to seek for advice.
I think the most important thing when working in a team is to get involve; sharing ideas, listening to others, sometime compromise when disagreement occurs and always have a responsible attitude.
